Notice:
Most memory-foam mattresses include a mixture of chemicals that emit odors when you first take them from their protective packaging. It takes up to three days before the off-gassing dissipates. Highly sensitive people or those with chemical allergies should wait even longer than three days before sleeping on the bed. This is a normal phenomenon and our mattress meet the standards of Oeko-Tex, which means the mattress is not hazardous to human health.
To remove the odor:
Take off any coverings.
Open the windows (if possible).
Let the mattress air out for a few hours before putting the linens back on.
Normally the odor will dissipate within 48 hours, but it can take up to a week.
