Please note that most sizes are cut over to allow for shrinkage. Exceptions are the Twin width and the King/Cal King, which are a couple of inches shy on each side of the width of a normal mattress top. This is as a result of creating a cut pattern, which uses the fabric most efficiently, thus resulting in the most economical products for our customers.
Policy: Holy Lamb Organics products are custom-made to order. Because of this, cancellations don’t seem to be allowed once an order is being processed and no changes are allowed to orders 3 days after the order is placed. Any returns will have to get a pre-approval and a return authorization code. Please contact us at for return authorization. Please consider that there’s a 35% restocking fee for all returned items. Items are returnable so long as they have not been used or laundered and it is within 30 days since receipt of goods. There are no returns on custom orders or private labels. Defective items are returnable within 10 days of receiving order if it has not been used or laundered.
